How do we see one generation, can we judge one generation whether they are good or bad?

Different character, different way of handling matter
if we see another generation doing something, and we think it should be done another way
are we to say?
if our generation is viewed as a more "different"one, how are we to feel?
each one of us, are we responsible for the name carried by generation?
are we to blame?
what defines good?and what defines bad?
